Who do you actually call when something goes wrong — not who you think you should call?
Who can you be fully honest with, including the parts that aren’t flattering?
Whose support comes without a quiet expectation that you’ll return the favor immediately?
If the same one or two names keep coming up, that’s not a small support system — that’s just an honest one.
